Most people have this problem where they install a new theme and it is either incompatible or it's buggy and caused your site to have a blank page or one with errors. Here is the fix for that.

Steps :
Access phpmyadmin and search for the nuke_config table. If you installed your nuke portal with another name for your tables then replace nuke with your table name. Edit the Default_Theme table and use a working theme. Now access your nuke site and you should see it working now.

quickfix: You can also just rename a working theme in your theme's directory to that of the bad theme. Example: If the theme giving the problem name is Badtheme then rename DeepBlue to Badtheme, then go to your preference menu and change to a working theme.
