Steps :
Upload your theme folder to themes/yournewtheme. Go to your nuke admin panel then click on Preferences. Select the theme for everyone to use from the dropdown box. You now have successfully installed your new theme. Some themes require more work but they usually tell you what to do in the install.txt file.
