Here is a tutorial on how to add a link to your modules block.

Steps :
Open block-Modules.php in your blocks folder and search for
$content .= "<strong><big>·</big></strong> <a href=\"index.php\">"._HOME."</a><br>\n"; Directly below that on a new line add your link like the following:
$content .= "<strong><big>·</big></strong> <a href=\"http://WWW.YOURLINK.COM\">MY LINK NAME</a><br>\n";

SAVE AND UPLOAD
