How to fix broken security images
Broken images can be cause by website update, extra line in mainfile.php, modules.php or wrong codes. Here are some fixes to try..

Open your block or module that contains the broken image and look for the following.

If that still does not work you need to open your mainfile.php and modules.php and search for any lines after the closing php tag ?>
