One of out internal tools has been created with PHP-Nuke and I'd love to learn more about it because my team lead wants to do a lot of work to this thing but she's pretty source-code challenged. She seems to be making all her changes (story alterations?) from within the portal. I don't think we'll actually get access to the PHP-Nuke source code or files. How much modding can you do to a PHP-Nuke portal from within the portal itself (as some sort of registered user)? I think she has some sort of admin privileges but I'm not really sure. Any help greatly appreciated. Posted: Fri Dec 16, 2005 12:44 am
admin(Mark) wrote: hi, you can change pretty much all the contents on the site with admin privileges. Stories, news, reviews, blocks layout, blocks/module's access. You can also create forums and set permissions. Registered users do not have much access, they can change their own profiles, post in forums and simple things like that. Hope this helps.
