Hi, welcome to the site. PHP is best but not the easiest to learn. Start off with html then move to php. PHP is what's called server side scripting which basically means everything written in php has to be parsed by the server before outputting to the browser. You can learn more about it from http://www.php.net . PHP is more powerful than html because it can work with databases to create dynamic websites. They work great together so you will need html knowledge to master your skills in php. I left out java definition because it's more of a "side" language, meaning it only works with php, html ect.. but not on it's own.
