Basically they are offering it to their Silver Subscibers at $9.99 every 30 days. This is not the only thing they offer to subscribers. They're doing this to many authors/designers goods. And I know for a fact that most of the time they HAVE NOT asked for permission to do so either.

For example, they are still offering the Agent Theme package (themes) to their subscribers also. These were designed by ArtOfGaming and they have asked them on numerous occassions to stop selling them and to also completely take them down off their downloads, yet it is still there !! So, looks like I will have to inform Gazzasan again

And if what he is doing ISN'T illegal as he claims, then why has he removed DD's ip tracking system !!
I bet when he has (supposedly) purchased ANY of these goods, he hasn't told anyone what he was going to do with them !!
