The hack is for an advanced countdown timer that would display toward the header. Now it's a small code, the problem is the "FIND" is not there in either theme. Now I downloaded some of the themes from this site that are free and noticed that the code in question is there, as well as phpnuke's standard packaged themes. Take a look:

Also this {COUNTDOWN} should be placed above the </head> . It can be placed under the stylesheet link.
I think I have removed the body tag since I did not need it but you can just write the following above that table you posted.
