The one instruction was to edit a file:
templates/xxx/admin/user_edit_body.tpl

but the theme doesn' have one, so I edited the Forums/Templates/SubSilver/admin/user_edit_body.tpl

I check all the themes I have and none have an /admin folder. I have opened the forums, so someone can see if I missed something to cause the blank. Also, in my profile it should say "gametag:
