I changed themes and there is no difference. The theme.php says thesae no matter what theme u are using. I did try 3 different themes but same error.

turns out that the themes I tried all came from the same author and had similar code. I tried a few more from different sources and it does work but I did find errors similar in some templates but right now it does work. Thanks for the help!
