I used vob blanker, dvd shrinker then burn with nero. It takes a bit too much time so I would like a much easier way. The quality is really good though. Posted: Sat Apr 16, 2005 9:08 am

The biggest bog down for me is shrinking. I have a dual layer burner and I do a 1:1 copy of some of the more graphically intensive movies but that takes just as long as shrinking and burning because DL write speed is 2.4x. I've done some research and frankly I don't know of a faster way. You just have to make sure you have a good burner. TDK, Lite-On or Sony are tops and make sure they have the latest firmware. Vob blanker is really good, it gets rid of the unnecessary features and replace with an unnoticable 2 sec gap. I do recommend using that before dvd shrink. Posted: Sat Apr 16, 2005 10:40 am
