1st, PHP-Nuke is under GPL/GNU license so it's not for pro peple at all.
2nd, you cannot do many things you like to do in your site. You have to stick with a boring structure all the time.

Im using phpnuke because i don't have lots of time to spend on my website and thats the best quality of phpnuke, easy maintenance.
