If you have nsn downloads installed then that mod will use ws groups to protect your downloads and limit downloads per day. If you have regular phpnuke downloads module then the other downloads limit mod will do the job. WS Groups main core is already added to the subscription module. You just need to follow the tutorials to get it fully installed and protecting your files. If you noticed on the image you posted there are two specific reference to protecting downloads.
