Fixes and updates the following issues:
· Changed core code for footer and header to use new method of extracting which module is loaded (more reliable and developer friendly)
· Using new method, took Private Messages and Members List out of forums code, created module files for PM''s and members list.
· Took out various "search web links" bug.
· Took out extra Forums code no longer needed.
· Created nextgen specific variables that will not be confused with other third party modules.
A manual update file is included for those who wish to manually make the changes, an update file is also provided for those that overwrite, it indicates which files must be overwritten from the 0.3 release. Solid release, getting there!
